On April 8, 2018, we inspected the "Grozd" store at 138 Myasnitskaya Street (Saratov). We found two carts and three baskets of expired products. That's not what was shocking. The employees' complete incompetence: Anastasia (the salesperson) had 30 days left in March, and she doesn't distinguish between "best before" and "best by." Merchandise specialist Irina claimed that after the mayonnaise's shelf life at room temperature (45 days) expires, they can refrigerate it and store it for 90 days.
