Cyberpunk 2077 - Panam character creation with and without a hair mod. Panam's hairstyle is the best looking hair style in the game so it's a shame we cannot use it without a mod. Fortunately this mod requires only one file without any other requirements so it's easy to use. Without the hair mod I would use the hair style 48 which is one of the new hair styles came with the latest patch 1.6 and is the closest one.
