My rotation for non speed raksha kills.

Kill times generally vary depending on p1 sgb rng. If the 2nd dbow is in p1 then the end of p3 will be longer, but if your 2nd dbow is fully in p2, it should lead to a pretty smooth phase on the grico in p3.
Sgb stall can be done in any way you choose, this is just the simplest for me.
Phase 4 start can be swapped out for a gconc, chain, nami. And because you're waiting for death swiftness this is arguably better. I'm just used to using meteor strike.
End of p4 can be killed faster if you skip the grico and zbow from md, if hp is low enough.
First kill shown shows a 'slow' phase 1. 2nd and 3rd were b2b and show a 'fast' phase 1.
