How to Fix CALL OF DUTY BLACK OPS COLD WAR Controller Bug - Weapons no damage - crash
To fix the controller bug try going into: Settings -- Devices -- Controller -- Communication method - Use USB Cable.
This way you will be at least "able" to play the game, be aware that there are more bugs that will even make you unplug the power cord in order to allow the ps4 to be responsive again.
