Like a lot of gardeners, I do not have a ton of space in my back yard to grow plants that like to vine out all over the place. This means that I need to grow plants that produce the maximum yield of vegetables and fruit in a limited space. I am growing three varieties of pickling cucumbers that are gynoecious in variety and will produce 80% female flowers instead of the monoecious popular varieties that only produce 20% female flowers. The following varieties features in this video are hybrid pickling Non GMO varieties called:
Titus F1
Masha F1
Podmoskovnyye Vechera F1
If you like cucumbers or pickles as much as I do, don't waste your space, increase your production with these solid varieties that overproduce and have good disease resistance. Best of all, they are super sweet with very little seeds and crunchy as a good pickle should be!
Happy gardening!
