Let's roll back to a previous firmware version using an ASUS motherboard as an example.

Download the required BIOS and the flasher for your motherboard.
Using RUFUS, create a bootable USB drive and place the firmware and flasher on it.
Boot from the USB drive and enter the flash command.
The firmware will flash.
Reboot, and that's it – the firmware is downgraded to the previous version.
