DIY PCB - How to Make a Printed Circuit Board using Ultraviolet (UV) Radiation
In this video are presented the steps to create your own PCB (Printed Circuit Board) using an UV LED Matrix Method.
1. Expose the photo sensitive circuit board to UV light through the printed layout (transparency).
2. Prepare the developer solution. Caustic Soda can be used (don't forget protection).
3. Etch the copper away. Iron Chloride was used.
4. Remove the photoresist with Acetone and test if PCB traces are properly created. (short-circuits or interruptions)
5. Solder the components and use your device.
