In this video, I will show you how to use LiDAR and orthophoto data to create a stunning 3D city map using rayshader in R. LiDAR is a remote sensing technology that uses laser pulses to measure the distance and elevation of objects. An orthophoto is a type of aerial photograph that is geometrically corrected to have a uniform scale and perspective. By combining these two data sources, we can create realistic and detailed 3D city models!
