A powerful power supply unit from an old satellite receiver. The receiver's original low-power power supply unit is primarily used to charge a 2.2 Ah, 12-volt lead-acid battery, which is installed in the satellite receiver's housing. Using the battery and an adjustable voltage regulator allows the power supply to output voltage in the range of 3-13 volts with a current of up to 8 A. The video shows all the schematics and printed circuit boards for DIY projects.
