The Outlaw Ocean Mural Project uses public art to raise cultural awareness and to offer fluency about the watery two thirds of the planet.
Felipe Risada is 33 years old. He lives and works in his native São Paulo, Brazil. For 15 years, he has dedicated himself to creating his own pictorial repertoire through graffiti, painting in the streets of São Paulo using only paint and a roller instead of spray paint. His work reflects his unique personality.
