Preparing Digital Images for use as Render Materials
In today’s session we’ll look at a way (using Photoshop) to straighten and clean up digital images of a building such that they can be mapped to a 3D virtual model. For this example, our goal is to create material maps for use in InfraWorks, however, the images we create can be leveraged by many of the other AEC Collection applications such as AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, 3DS Max, and Formit.
