In today’s vlog, we’re diving into Day 3 of our adventure at the Villain Arts Tattoo Convention in Houston, Texas! We kick things off with a recap of the exciting Best-of-Day tattoo competition from the previous day before heading back to the convention for more fun and exploration.
One of the highlights of the day was catching an old-school freakshow performance! If you’re a fan of classic carnival sideshow acts, you’ll love what we saw: mouse traps on tongues, a strongman act, glass walking, and even a bed of nails. It’s amazing to see how far people can push their bodies in the name of entertainment and art!
After watching the incredible performances, we took some time to walk around the convention, showcasing the talented tattoo artists, unique vendors, and everything else that makes the Villain Arts Tattoo Convention so special. We even filmed another timelapse of tattoo artist Hollis Cantrell working on more intricate tattoo designs, giving you an up-close look at his amazing craftsmanship.
