As mourning continues for the victims of Monday's metro suicide bombing in St. Petersburg, Russian police on Wednesday detained at least seven people on suspicion of recruiting ISIL extremists. As part of a sweeping hunt for any accomplices of presumed suicide bomber Akbarzhon Dhzalilov, investigators rounded up seven suspected ISIL recruiters from the Central Asia region of Russia on Wednesday, but investigators did not provide information on whether the two incidents were linked.
