Chrome Browser Tutorial - How To Switch Tabs in Google Chrome With Keyboard | Do It Yourself.
Today's quick tip is in #GoogleChrome web browser in today's #tutorial. I'm going to show you the keyboard shortcuts to switch between open tabs in #Google #Chrome. You can see here I have a whole bunch of them lined up right up here well rather than having to go take your mouse and click up here manually control tab. That's control tab on a Mac will scroll through these one by one forward. So you can see it like that if you want to go backwards just put in the shift key control shift tab will let you go backwards okay.
If you want to jump to a specific tab hold the command key and type in a number from 1 to 9 so if I type in command 3 that's going to help me over to that third tab which is Twitter command 6 that's gonna jump me over to my website there. If I do command 9 this can jump me in that last one which is high-rise.
If I want to go back to the first one which is my Gmail inbox I'm just gonna hit command 1 I'll bring me back to the beginning in a quick bonus tip. If you want to open up a new tab with the keyboard shortcut simply hit command T that'll open up a new tab in Google Chrome.
