How to install this rom. Remember you need to be Rooted. I use "Rom Manager" https://market.android.com/details?id... to manage my roms and flashes as well as my Back Ups. In rom manager you can download this rom and the rom manager will do its work.
Also make sure you do a backup on your device so that if anything goes wrong, you can go back to your previous point like if you never left it.
