As a photographer, it's so important to have ethnic diversity in your portfolio. What do you do if you've never worked with someone before who's brown or black? Are there different ways you need to talk/treat/light them? How do you make sure you aren't being offensive?

This week the international model Clark Flowers joins me as we discuss her experiences as a black model and the do's and don'ts photographers should know.

WEEKLY QUESTIONS FOR YOU (Leave a comment below): What have your experiences been working with models/subjects with different backgrounds from you? Do you have enough diversity in your book?

Special thanks to our model Clarke Flowers with Option Models
