Today we are making the first tier list of SF6 Season 2, mostly to just go over the balance changes listed in the patch and see what's important, but also since it's just fun to speculate what the game might look like now. It was honestly extremely hard to make this list since I feel like Capcom did such a great job nerfing strong characters and buffing weak ones but I gave it my best try.
