Step 1: Disable the Internet and Wi-Fi connections on all of your mobile devices
Step 2: Change your password in the ICT shop:
•Go to ictshop.ru.nl (on a Windows or Mac device) and log in with your u-, e- or s-number
•Go to ‘My Password’ and select ‘My Password’ in the dropdown menu
•Enter your current password and your new password and click ‘Save’
Please wait a few minutes until the new password has been activated in all systems.
