Rhymes & Reasons #10 -- Dear Little Baby (Dear Theodosia) -- December 20 2016
Well, we're rounding out the year with a lullaby from one of the biggest and best things to come out of 2016; Hamilton: An American Musical.
Only reason to cover it? Change the language a bit so it can be sung from any parent to any child (unless you named your kid Theodosia, in which case, power to you, keep rocking the original!)
We really do recommend listening to one of the amazing real versions, or to any number of other covers that does a better job of the melody, but maybe hearing Alex sing it loudly and imperfectly will make you feel better about doing the same thing! Share music with your kids all day every day!
