Sherlock Holmes used a memory palace (also known as a "Roman room" or "metod loci") to quickly memorize the layout of London streets and the most important clues in his investigation, so he wouldn't get lost in his thought process while solving puzzles. We, too, can use a memory palace to learn quickly and avoid boredom while studying. The memory palace is a popular mnemonic, but I have the impression that many sources describing it don't discuss how to actually use them in school and university. Therefore, I want to present my method for a "personal memory palace" and "unique memory palaces." I assure you that this technique can significantly help us in our studies at school and university.
