Beautiful, wild, and magnetic like the pristine nature of her native Sardinia, ANNA lives to the rhythm of the earth's breathing, a land that heals her wounds and nourishes her soul. The difficult experiences she has endured have marked her, but not broken her, and today Anna is a free woman who no longer wants to be afraid. In the remote corner of the island where she runs her father's small farm, time seems to have stopped, and Anna's presence, with her erotic energy and courageous rejection of convention, has the power of a mine waiting to explode. That harsh land protects her, until the day she must protect it from the mechanical monsters that want to rape her. Saving beauty and preserving her freedom merge in Anna's battle, forcing her to make difficult choices and painful sacrifices. Because nothing can buy self-respect and respect for one's beliefs.
