Band of Brothers: Rachamps, Belgium
It was in Rachamps, Belgium, a few miles north of Bastogne that the famous choir scene in the Band of Brothers mini-series took place.
As I arrived in Rachamps, I had the church in my mind as that is where there is a memorial to Easy Company of the 506th PIR located. Unfortunately, the location of the famous choir episode took place further up the road in what was the Catholic school.
In other words, I had not done my research and missed the point of visiting Rachamps. Why upload the video? To show the memorial placed by the people of Rachamps and dedicated specifically to the men of Easy Company.
