Sire Denathrius Normal and Sire Denathrius Heroic guide! Sire Denathrius is a raid boss in the Castle Nathria raid of Shadowlands.

You fight Sire Denathrius in three phases. In Phase One, the key to surviving is managing your Burden of Sin stacks. You want to shed at least three if not four Burden of Sin stacks by standing in Cleansing Pain before you push Denathrius to the intermission at 70%, but it's also important that the raid has staggered levels of Burden of Sin for Blood Price casts. Split the raid into groups and alternate who stacks in the Cleansing Pain to reduce their stacks. Kill adds quickly and move together to avoid Ravage.

For the intermission, you need to walk to the center where Denathrius is to clear the rest of your Burden of Sin stacks. If you went into the intermission too high, you'll find it impossible to make it in time on your own and you cannot use abilities until your Sin is dropped.

For Phase Two, one tank will have Denathrius, while the other tanks Remornia. Stay on top of the Cabalist adds and have ranged priotize the ones on platforms. The tank can aim the Wracking Pain cone at the adds, but make sure no players besides the current tank are in it. Swap after each Wracking Pain. For Hand of Destruction, run through the mirror so that you're far away when the explosion happens.
Targets of Impale should find each other and run somewhat together away from the group to avoid hitting extra people with the Impale. The sword will follow a path marked by arrows between the targets. At 100 energy, Denathrius will use Massacre and there will be many line attacks to avoid across the area.
At 40% health, Denathrius wields Remornia directly and you enter Phase Three. The edges of the room will be blocked off, stay in the center and try not to get knocked off the platform or into the miasma.
The Shattering Pain combo of attacks ends with a raidwide knockback, watch your back. Targets of Fatal Finesse should run out of the raid. At 100 Energy, Denathrius will remix his greatest hits Ravage and Massacre at once to dodge.

On Heroic, you'll also get Night Hunters in Phase One (soak the path but avoid the end), Crescendo (dodge orbs on Cabalist death), Rancor (pools drop under Impale targets) and Smoldering Ire. After Fatal Finesse, orbs will spawn that need to be soaked up to reduce their raid damage explosion.
