Exceed the limits of the transmission system: This is driving for testing suspension of combine harvester thereby lift up track wheel especially guide wheel higher from the ground, having powered rotation from transmission system to drive shaft and fully loaded exceeding 80% of harvester weight. Due to the system of gearbox that positioned on front – back of track wheel which is driven unit of this combine harvester, which it made from Sakpattana factory to allow transmission system able to work with fully efficiency and also, the testing is no found any part having damage from this test.
Moreover the lifting up of track wheel for testing by use hydraulic to fastening at front header part, it can be use for maintenance as well. In case of changing new roller or track chain can be use this hydraulic to lift front header up and supporting the back side by steely device to provide facilitate in maintenance.
Caution in maintenance by hydraulic to lift front header part
The hydraulic system should not leak
The device to supports the body of harvester should be strong enough to carry the harvester weight
Users/Operator must have an understanding/experience to use the harvester as well.
