Setting Up New Wheels to my BMW E90 (
This is my first BMW and I'm loving it. When I bought the car last winter, it was fitted with 17" BMW 194M wheels and winter tires. Now, I changed the setup to 19" JR28 wheel with summer tires. The bigger wheels definitely make the car look beautiful but you are compromising the ride comfort a bit due to the smaller tire profile. The ride with 17" is better since the wheel walls are smaller and I have more rubber between the wheels and the road. However, the roads in the Netherlands are really very good and I have never seen a pathhole so far. That means I have very little chance of damaging my wheels.
