Stream Elements Chat Box Troubleshooting

UPDATE (NOV 2021):
I have had quite a few questions coming in about this and whether I got it fixed - I did, but it is a bit weird.
The reason I was having issues, is to do with SCHEDULING YT Streams. This plays 'merry hell' with Stream Elements trying to work out which stream is actually 'active' or live, particularly, if you for whatever reason, have to edit the time / date of scheduled streams.
Now, I do not schedule streams at all - I just go live.
That said, it was working FINE with scheduled streams, as long as I didn't then miss one / alter it / do them out of sync. Essentially - if you schedule a stream and you aren't going to be able to go live at that time, just reschedule it, do not edit the time, etc. otherwise - you'll have issues.
Safest bet is to only ever have one scheduled stream and you should be GOLDEN.
