MIDI Monitoring Software
Here is a brief walk through of some software tools I have developed to help me monitor MIDI messages being received or generated on my computer. These tools have been invaluable for me in my development of MIDI controller software but equally valuable to help me understand complex and high-frequency MIDI operations such as monophonic and polyphonic aftertouch.
Because these tools run inside Voltage Modular, you can connect them to other VM modules and you can also monitor MIDI messages from inside your DAW which can be very helpful.
