On February 5, 2023, the public associations "Tukhum Terek Tamurlar" and "Atakumuk" made a local history hike through the historical territory of the city of Targu (Semendera). They examined old architecture, memorial plaques of Tarkovsky Soltan-Mahmud, as well as the graves of the Kumyk Shaukhalids and Turkic burial mounds.
