#CMS Census Monitoring Committee approved the conduct of Post Enumeration Survey (PES)
#thirteen (13) districts have been identified from province for conduct of PES POST ENUMERATION SURVEY
one teacher from each circle will be called in the post survey Digital Census 2023
Post survey Enumeration Remuneration will be 45 thousand per person
Training for post survey will start from July 6.
Post survey of 7th Population Digital Census enumerators will be imparted one day training on 6th July, 2023 at Divisional Headquarter
CMC approved the layout, design, modalities and workplan for conduct of POST ENUMERATION SURVEY Number of enumerators required for each selected Tehsil will be shared with the provincial administration for POST ENUMERATION SURVEY Census 2023

Subject: POST ENUMERATION SURVEY OF 7TH POPULATION AND HOUSING CENSUS
2023, THE DIGITAL CENSUS.
As you are ware that the Census Monitoring Committee in its 15th meeting held on 7th
June, 2023 approved the conduct of Post Enumeration Survey (PES) in line with approved
recommendations of Council of Common Interest. Subsequently, in its 16th meeting held on 27th
June, 2023, the CMC approved the layout, design, modalities and workplan for conduct of PES.
2.It is further informed that as per international practices, stratified random sampling is
used to select districts. Accordingly, as per approved criteria, thirteen (13) districts have been
identified from your province for conduct of PES (list attached). Number of enumerators required
enumerators will be imparted one day training on 6th July, 2023 at Divisional Headquarter. You are
also requested to direct Commissioner for training venues.
3.Your Cooperation is of paramount importance for the successful conduct of the PES
field operation.

مزید بتایا جاتا ہے کہ بین الاقوامی طریقوں کے مطابق اضلاع کو منتخب کرنے کے لیے سٹریٹیفائیڈ رینڈم سیمپلنگ کا استعمال کیا جاتا ہے۔ اس کے مطابق، منظور شدہ معیار کے مطابق، آپ کے صوبے سے پی ای ایس کے انعقاد کے لیے تیرہ اضلاع کی نشاندہی کی گئی ہے جن کی لسٹ منسلک ہے ہر منتخب تحصیل کے لیے مطلوبہ شمار
کنندگان کی فراہمی کو یقینی بنائیں۔ مزید یہ کہ ان شمار کنندگان کو 6 جولائی 2023 کو ڈویژنل ہیڈ کوارٹر میں ایک روزہ تربیت دی جائے گی۔ آپ سے یہ بھی درخواست ہے کہ کمشنر کو تربیتی مقامات کے لیے ہدایت دیں۔یہ بھی سننے میں آیا ہے کہ
مردم شماری کے بعد پوسٹ سروے میں ہر سرکل سے ایک ٹیچر کو کال کی جائیگی معاوضہ 45 ہزار ہوگا۔ پوسٹ سروے کے لیے ٹریننگ 6 جولاٸی سے ہوگی۔
