"Impact Evaluation for Global Development' Trinity Elective – Prof Carol Newman, School of Social Sciences and Philosophy describes how, in this Elective, you will develop the skills necessary to design impact evaluations of development policies and interventions that aim to achieve the 17 Sustainable Development Goals set out by the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development
You will aslo learn how to reflect on the role and importance of the Sustainable Development Goals in overcoming the key global challenges that the world is facing including, poverty, inequality, climate, environmental degradation, peace and justice. If you are passionate about these global issues and want to learn more about how researchers are trying to address them than this Trinity Elective is for you. Trinity Electives are stand-alone 5 ECTS modules outside of students’ core disciplines."
