My piano freestyle of Ushionari (潮鳴り), from CLANNAD original soundtrack, not song.
There's also "Tooitabi no Kioku" (遠い旅の記憶) and "Chiisana Tenohira" (小さなてのひら) which I can play but yet to make out the correct chords for the songs.
Edit: A lot of people have asked me if I have the sheet music to this piece. Technically no, because I had played it all by ear, so it is nowhere near the original.
But there is something close to a piano solo sheet which can be found at Ichigo's sheet music:
