How To Move Facebook Timeline Photos (Your Photos) To Albums 2020
NOV 2020 UPDATE:
Now it's possible to move photos to an album in the new Facebook layout, however, there is still a bug that not all photos will have the move to album option available.
I haven't found a solution for that one yet.
JULY 2020 UPDATE:
1.) Moving photos or videos between albums is only supported in Classic Facebook at this time.
2. )To move photos and videos between albums, log into Facebook on a computer. At this time, you can't move photos and videos between albums on a mobile device.

Here's the step on How To Move Facebook Timeline Photos (Your Photos) To Albums | 2020
1. Click Photos on your profile navigation menu
2. Make sure you're in Your photos, if not click it
3. Hover to the photos you want to move to another album
4. click the pencil icon and select Move to another album
5. Select the desired album you want to move your photos or simply create a new album
6. Click the move photo button!
