As of the last census there over 69,000 homeless or transient people in southern California alone. This skatepark in Pacoima, CA in the Hansem Dam is ran by a group of transients that have stolen bikes, sell drugs, and carry big weapons in a public skatepark. Nick Martinez ( / dikolas3.0 ) and I ( / alfredomancuso ) had a short session this weekend, but in its current condition, we wouldn't recommend anyone to visit this park.
