Cyclone chaos in Vanuatu - AGAIN
Severe CAT 4 Cyclone Kevin is hitting Port Vila, Vanuatu right now.
This is the second cyclone to hit Vanuatu in 2 days.
The Cyclone is expected to intensify into a CAT 4 storm as it heads south.
One local said "Its a shitfest up here"
