INGREDIENTS:
✔️ Ham 300g
✔️ Eggs 5 pcs
✔️ Canned corn 1 can
✔️ Ground black pepper to taste
✔️ Mayonnaise
PICKLED ONION
Option 1:
✔️ Onion 1 pc
✔️ Lemon juice 2 tbsp
✔️ Sugar 1 tsp
Option 2:
✔️ Onion 1 pc
✔️ Sugar 1 tbsp
✔️ Salt 1 tsp
✔️ Vinegar 9% 2 tbsp
✔️ Boiled water 150ml
Finely chop the onion, add sugar, vinegar, salt, pour in boiling water, and let marinate for 10 minutes. Drain the marinade and add the onion to the salad.
