Daugavpils is a small city in East part of Latvia, with population of 78 000 inhabitants. And it has a tram network: new line has just been opened, and new trams are being purchased! Recently, 4 new Pragoimex EVO1 trams have been partially assembled in Daugavpils, and are now carrying passengers.
