US President Joe Biden's only public engagement of his brief visit to Northern Ireland was at Ulster University's new Belfast campus, where he delivered a keynote address in which he re-affirmed the commitment of the United States to the Northern Ireland peace process and said he hoped the political institutions would be restored.
