Nancy Green is a woman. She is a woman like any other woman, but her legacy separates her from everyone else. She will no doubt be celebrated or criticized for being Aunt Jemima. Some will argue that being legendary as a mammy is not what a black woman should represent. Or you may be of the mindset that having a black woman as a spokesperson broke barriers.
