Fire No. 3 At the central stadium of Yekaterinburg
The number (rank) of the fire is a conditional sign of the complexity of the fire and determines the number of calculations (departments) on the main fire trucks involved in extinguishing fires, based on the capabilities of the garrisons.
To extinguish fires by elevated numbers (ranks) (from No. 2 and above), the forces and means of the garrison are involved in accordance with the Departure Schedule, as well as, if necessary, garrison officials, reserve equipment and personnel of the garrison units who are free from duty.
In order to timely concentrate the forces and means of the garrison to extinguish fires and conduct ASR on especially fire-hazardous objects, objects with a mass stay of people and life-support objects, when receiving the first message about a fire (emergency situation), the forces and means of the garrison are sent to the increased number (rank) of the fire (from No. 2 and above).
