CIA Mind Control? MK Ultra
In the 1950s under intensive fear of the Russians and Chinese the CIA started to conduct mind control experiments. The code name given to these experiments was MK Ultra.
They spent 20 years conducting mind control experiments using Electric Shocks, Hallucinogenic Drugs and other techniques.
