In this simple video we can see how to modify the screen resolution or the refresh rate (hertz).
If we increase the resolution with which things are displayed on our screen, we will obtain higher quality in the graphics. In this way we can better appreciate the details.
If we increase the frequency, the screen will refresh more times per second and our eyes will be more rested. It is very important to set a high frequency (60 or higher). From experience I can assure you that the difference is abysmal after a few hours in front of the screen.
