At Trust Rank 9, we get 5 furniture crafting slots. One new area unlocked (probably the last area).
By default, you have one house for each layout. We are able to rearrange all our crafted furniture for the new realm layout (can be said that the realms share furniture, and we don't need to MOVE furniture from the old realm to the new realm).
However, we need to rearrange everything one by one again to get 20k adeptal energy in the new layout.
Take note that the realms share same Tubby, you can only get MAX 30 coins/per hour, no more.
So, we can instantly get to 20k Adeptal Energy for the new realm layout and unlock the 2 stars achievement: Reach 20,000 Adeptal Energy in 2 realm layouts.

The good news is that we still need only 1500 exp to reach trust rank 6. That means(if every next level also will not scale), we can reach at least trust rank 9 without waiting for new updates, just using all blueprints from shop and Adeptal Mirror!
Other Tips to Progress Faster in Genshin Impact Housing system Include:
1. Craft unique/new furniture
2. Buy furnishing blueprints from the Realm Depot (or from Tevyat)
3. Don’t spend Realm Currency on furniture/trees (unless deemed necessary)
4. Use/Buy Vial of Adeptal Speed (on daily basis)
5. Place as much furniture/items as possible
Genshin Impact has recently added the much-anticipated housing system to the game with the recent 1.5 update.
Players everywhere have begun the slow process of decorating their new realm to their liking, and from how it seems, players are sure to be keeping up with their realms for a very long time.
