Shutdown Windows 8 with one click
How to create a Windows 8,8.1 shutdown tile
1. Right-click on the desktop
2. Choose "New Shortcut"
3. In the location field, type shutdown /p and then click Next.
4. Choose a different name for the shortcut if you want, or leave it as "shutdown"
5. Then click Finish.
6. Right-click the new shortcut and choose Pin to Start.
