So, Flins is the brand new character arriving in the second half of version 6.0, and he’s an electro main DPS. At first, there were some worries about his playstyle feeling a little awkward, but after testing him, it’s clear that with the right build, he’s shaping up to be a strong and competitive damage dealer. In this video, I’m going to break down his best artifacts, weapons, team options, talent priorities, and constellations, so you’ll know exactly how to get the most out of him.
Let’s start with artifacts. Flins’ best-in-slot set is the new Knight of the Skies Unveiling, which gives him a huge crit rate boost. For your main stats, go with an ATTACK sands, an ATTACK goblet, and a crit damage circlet. Crit rate can work if you somehow have perfect substats, but most players will be better off with crit damage thanks to the set bonus. For substats, prioritize crit rate, crit damage, ATTACK%, and just enough energy recharge to stay consistent. With no constellations or signature weapon, aim for around 120–125% ER. With his signature, you can drop closer to 110%, and if you have both his signature and his C1, you basically don’t need ER at all. If you overstack ER, there’s even a niche playstyle where you can use his big burst every three rotations, but for most players, focusing on his enhanced skill and mini-burst rotation is the way to go.
