Here are two blue light blocking gaming glasses I have bought to reduce eye strain. The GUNNAR Riot Glasses Amber Edition block 65% of harmful blue light and 100% of UV. They help you stay focused and go easier on your eyes. They are pretty lightweight, so you won’t even notice them. The Swanwick gaming glasses (Swannies) block most of the blue light (99%). They are much darker but help you get in the mood to sleep at night. They stop blue light from keeping you awake.
The Swannies have an orange-tinted lens that blocks more blue light. They are also incredible to use outside. In this video, I compare the GUNNAR & Swanwick glasses .
