Aiming in FPS games with my hand like Tony Stark's repulsors. Do you think this is a better way to aim? Is it oddly exploitable?

In this video I test if there's a better way to aim than a mouse. If aiming with a mouse has friction, inertia, and a limited range of motion, could it be improved upon with a device like this?
