Cancer patient support group in Kent, Chaucer Chatters | BMI Healthcare
Chaucer Chatters is an oncology support group located at The Chaucer Hospital in Canterbury, Kent.
Set up in 2012, the group provides a haven for patients and their relatives/friends to meet and gain knowledge into cancers, treatments and the resources available. It also provides an opportunity for people to share experiences and by doing so gain mutual strength.
The meetings incorporate a variety of topics, delivered by various professionals with knowledge of cancer and its effect. Meetings are held every 2nd Wednesday at the hospital’s restaurant where refreshments are available.
