Multiple port-restricted docker containers on the same host (Minecraft Bedrock Server)

As a dad with a home lab, I ended up running multiple Minecraft Bedrock Edition (Win10, XBOX) Docker based servers on the same Docker host. These things are restricted to a single port (otherwise the XBOX won't be able to connect to them via the LAN), so the default "bridge" networking of Docker won't cut it this time. Here's my solution...

Here's the docker-compose.yaml file I've shown in the video: https://gist.github.com/TheTinkerDad/...

NOTE: This is not a "gaming video", nor a gaming channel - I'm merely using Minecraft Bedrock Dedicated server as a means for demonstration, but the video could actually help Minecraft players as well!
