In the vastness of the Cloud Native ecosystem, we find ourselves overwhelmed with complexity and a promise that efficiency will one day outweigh this complexity. In this presentation, we take a look at the new era of the Cloud Native space and the kernel that has made this all possible: Kubernetes. We learn that navigating this space is an exercise of technical self-discipline, research, and skill. We learn that freedom is vastly different than flexibility. Finding freedom in this space is an exercise of being able to operate skillfully and quickly without causing harm to your team or those you work with
