In this healthy lifestyle vlog, I take you through a day of high protein meals showing you how I create easy recipes that taste amazing and are perfect for losing weight. And today's theme is greek recipes as I love incorporating lots of mediterranean meals in my everyday diet.
This is my what I eat in day high protein edition hitting around 100g of protein per day. My meal plan for weight loss focuses on including lots of healthy fresh foods like fruits and veggies and of course lots of high protein options making low calorie meals that keep me satisfied. I also love to meal plan for weight loss so I often make bigger batches of these recipes that I then have the following days making my weight loss journey so much easier with a busy lifestyle.
